Induction Services, Inc. is a proactive, customer focused, full service supplier of induction heat treatment to the automotive, appliance, marine, agricultural, military and aerospace industries. 

Our services include:

  • Induction heat treating of shafts, gears, castings, forgings, stampings, wire forms, screw machine, cold headed, powder metal and fine blanked parts.

  • High volume production runs on over 40 production machines.

  • Metallurgical assistance, including process development, from prototype right on through to production.

  • The processing of hundreds of prototype heat treating applications every year.

QUALITY 

Induction Services, Inc. is ISO 9001:2015 Registered and CQI-9 compliant, and continuously seeks to improve productivity to give our customers the best possible quality, price and service. We have a full-time metallurgist on staff.

High volume jobs are monitored by state of the art rotation, quench and load signature monitors. Sample parts are tested per job procedures in our fully equipped metallurgical lab. The tested samples and computer generated statistical quality control reports are included with every shipment.

Induction Services, Inc. is located less than a mile from I-696, near the intersection of Mound and 10 Mile road in Warren, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit.

To better serve our customers, we have equipped our 40,000 square foot facility with over 40 production machines. We are continually upgrading our equipment and automating our processes to give our customers the lowest cost solution to their induction heat treatment applications.
